[EN] Anytime that we're shooting in the summer we try to flee away from the heat. Portugal is known for being a warmest and sunny country, so July and August can very uncomfortable months. Thankfully, we had a gentle breeze to backing us as well as the so praised Lisbon light, often referred to be one of the greatest aspects from the city. That's why we weren't the only ones trying to catch the best light and settings. We found it difficult to photograph at some of the spots. There were too many people in some of them. We had lunch together and then we set out to adventure. We felt proud for capturing this exciting new season in Telma and Ricardo’s lives and to get to know them better in the process. We wandered through the most iconic places of Lisbon, starting at Bica, one of the most charming neighbours in the city. We photographed every detail of it: the railway, the small houses and bars. We went down and up, down and up again. For those who visited Lisbon, you know what we’re talking about. The session ended up at Miradouro da Graça. The city on the background witnessed their commitment.

[PT] Sempre que fazemos uma sessão no verão, tentamos fugir do calor. Portugal é um país solarengo e nos meses de Julho e Agosto pode mesmo ser incómodo. Valeu-nos uma brisa que circulava e a tão elogiada luz de Lisboa, referida pelos locais e turistas como um dos elementos que destaca a cidade. Não éramos, por isso, os únicos a querer fazer uso da luz e dos espaços. Em alguns foi até difícil fotografar, dado o fluxo de pessoas na rua. Depois de almoçarmos juntos, partimos à aventura. A sessão foi óptima para conhecer melhor a Telma e o Ricardo, pois sentimo-nos orgulhosos por fazer parte desta nova etapa. Como não podia deixar de ser, percorremos os locais mais icónicos da capital, começando pelo pitoresco bairro da Bica, fotografando o funicular ou os pequenos bares e casas que se amontoavam ao longo da rua íngreme. Descemos e subimos, descemos e subimos. Qualquer pessoa que tenha visitado Lisboa sabe do que estamos a falar. A sessão terminou com uma visita ao Miradouro da Graça. A cidade em fundo serviu como testemunho do compromisso e dedicação destes dois.
